The Etobicoke Project
ZT renovations has completely remodelled this old bungalow into a stunning modern open concept home. A few walls between the kitchen and dining room were removed to create this modern custom look.New hardwood floors were installed throughout the whole house. A custom kitchen with appliance was installed to accommodate for the open concept. The entire bathroom on the main floor was remodelled into a 4-piece bathroom, with a stand up shower and bathtub. Custom new doors with matching trim were added for a unique look. Lastly the whole house has been painted to the customers desire.
The North York Project
For our customers in North York we did a quick cosmetic renovation to add value to their home. We did a kitchen update with quartz counter tops. Added in new cabinets and doors for the kitchen. Pulled up and replace the floors with New modern engineer flooring. The stair cases was updated to match the new floor. Custom trim, doors and crown moulding were installed. Trim around the fireplace was also added to create a more modern image. The upstairs bathroom was updated to a 4-piece bathroom. For the final touches the whole house was painted to a light modern colour for a bright clean look.
The Mill Road Project
Our customers decided to downsize to this spacious condo. We did a renovation to accommodate to their needs and desires. A new custom kitchen was installed with beautiful blue doors and gold handles. All the rooms were painted. The stairs were changed and stained to the hardwood floor. A bathroom with a stand up shower was added to the master bedroom.
